Our newest team member will be coachable, flexible, and accountable and enjoy working with clients with a variety of legal issues. As a Legal Intake Professional at Ticket Crushers, you will be one of the first impressions to all of our potential and existing clients. Our Legal Intake Professionals take pride in the fact that they are the first voice that new and existing clients hear, and that they maintain that relationship until the end of the case. If communicating with strangers about how our dynamic firm can potentially assist with a variety of legal issues, then you might be the next Ticket Crusher.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Contact potential clients that need our services (NO COLD CALLING!)
  • Answers all questions pertaining to services provided by law firm
  • Communicate with all potential clients using various modalities (phone, text, email)
  • Meets Key Performance Indicators and Revenue Goals
  • Attends scheduled meetings
  • Additional duties may be assigned


  • Associate’s degree or higher in related field or two (2) years of related experience
  • Communicates clearly and honestly with all clients, new and existing
  • Is humble and compassionate when speaking with clients
  • Impeccable attention to detail with processes, spelling, and communications
  • Independent problem solver with forward thinking solutions
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment with strict deadlines
  • Collaborative approach when working with colleagues
  • Energetic with positive attitude
  • Handles technology with grace and an open mind
  • Bilingual English/Spanish in all communication modalities
  • Work Environment:
