Associate Attorney
Erica Auer is an Associate Attorney with Ticket Crushers in the East Bay, Solano and Napa counties. She received a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from California State University, East Bay and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Her passion is criminal defense and criminal justice reform. While in law school, she was the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society and spent her free time advocating for the underrepresented through various legal projects such as Sealing and Expungement Clinics and Fines and Fees Justice Center. She enjoys advocating for clients and guiding clients throughout the legal process. She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and Contra Costa Bar Association.
She can’t do anything without an iced tea in her hand and she loves spending time with her family, being active, and finding any excuse to shop.
